Search Engine Listing Services
There are four main types of SEO that can be used; organic, local, listing and pay-per-click. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Using an Organic SEO takes a much longer time to get noticed by search engines but, results stay in place for a very long period and is much cheaper. Local search engine optimization & marketing provides excellent results that are confined to a specific area. Search engine listing services provides listings for specific search types (i.e. housing, services, products, ect.). Pay-Per-Click immediately lists the website but can cost much more and does not generally guarantee a top search position after ending the pay-per-click program.
Listings are an enhancement that many search engines are adding. Google’s listings must be added at least every 15 days three main categories are travel (trip planning, resorts, resort rentals, vacation rentals, etc…) , housing (homes for sale, apartments for rent, etc…) and product catalogs (supply companies, online stores, etc…). A good use of this would be a Real Estate company who wants all of their current listings listed, it shows detailed information about your current listings - almost as much information as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides. We have two ways to create your listing: create a back end to your website that will do this for you daily (which costs more up front and much less in the future), or build the listings for you manually (which costs less upfront but will eventually cost more in the future than the other option, because our staff is continually updating the information for you).
